Donna C. Coulson, M.S., PCC

Donna Coulson wears the hats of Executive Coach, Career Coach, Team Facilitator, Trainer and Professor. She is comfortable in the Board Room, the field, a stage or in a classroom. Donna is passionate about career development, career transition and leadership. Donna has facilitated and coached more than 1000 high potential new managers of Fortune 500/1000 corporations with WOMEN Unlimited's TEAM program in Boston, NYC and NJ. Donna is on the faculty of the Center for Management Development, Rutgers University, facilitating the Employee Development workshops. She is a member of the "virtual" faculty for the Corporate Division of Coach Inc. and Coachinc.com using telephone bridges to facilitate international teleclasses. She received her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation in 2004. The Professor and curriculum development "hats" emerge with Corporate College Services. The firm provides accelerated MBA and BA completion programs on site at corporations like Prudential, BMW and PSEG. Donna has also served on the faculties of Georgian Court University, Weekends at Bloomfield College and Brookdale Community College. Coach Donna works primarily with Executives, Managers, Entrepreneurs and Individuals who want to have an edge in their field-or transition to a new one. Donna held management positions with Prudential Financial and a natural gas utility, primarily in Human Resources. She also worked for AT&T and Johnson & Johnson Baby Products. She has extensive professional experience in Change/Transition Management, Employee Development, Learning, Team Dynamics, and Diversity. Coulson holds a BA in Communications from Douglass College and an MS in Labor Relations/Human Resources from Rutgers University. She is certified in DiSC and other instruments through Inscape Publishing and certified in the Coach Inc Coaching Clinic. When not coaching or training, Donna is a "volksmarcher" walking some 7500 KM in the US and Europe.
